Bouncers asked to help control illegal cab drivers
BOUNCERS from a town centre night club could increase the amount of time they spend monitoring a taxi rank to stop people using unlawful vehicles.
Door staff from Liquid and Envy, High Street, Colchester, organise the queue for the taxi rank opposite the club from 3am
