Clamp down on illegal parking in Gloucester
The council and Gloucestershire Constabulary will be issuing offenders with tickets after taxi drivers said they could not get to their rank.
A spokesman from the authority said the crackdown would help taxis collect revellers leaving clubs in Eastgate Street.....
